We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our team.
As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our end-users.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components - Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues - Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks - Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the network - Assist in the administration of network resources, including LAN and Active Directory - Conduct software troubleshooting and provide recommendations for improvement - Analyze system logs and identify potential issues or vulnerabilities - Implement security measures, such as firewalls and antivirus software
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10) - Familiarity with Linux operating systems - Experience with help desk ticketing systems - Knowledge of network administration concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with Windows Server administration is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a dedicated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for technology, we would love to hear from you.
